There are many reasons why you may want to cancel this session. We want to make sure that you are aware of a couple of things:
1.) You may reschedule this session
If you or your guest can't make the scheduled time, try to agree upon a new time that works for both of you. Voila! Session salvaged.
2.) Canceling this session will initiate a refund
Because no service was ever performed, your guest will receive their money back. Want to enforce a no refund policy? Allow the time of your session to pass, then click "End Session" with the "No Refund" option selected. If you seek clarification please reach out to support.
